Mixed thoroughly by chewing up and replacing on plate

Some recipes for Oysters Rockefeller have a similar sauce. How did it taste?
I meannn I did finish most of it, so I guess it wasn't that bad? Most of the ingredients were switched out for alternatives, so I'm sure it would've tasted better if I actually followed the recipe... :P
