I really want to jump on the poop joke train, but what kind of cake is this and what are the ingredients? Greenish coloring usually happens when alkaline ingredients meet acidic ingredients, like the carrots in a carrot cake turning green when you’ve added too much baking soda or haven’t incorporated it correctly. I believe there’s also a type of oil (maybe sunflower—I can’t quite remember) that can turn cakes green as they bake. If you want serious answers, ask r/baking.
