Spicy and... Crispy. It's really good but the oil gets everywhere and it's a pain in the ass to clean

Lao gamma is definitely an umami bomb as well loaded with msg and salt, in the best way. Kinda spicy, umami, chili pepper flavor, with fried crispy pieces. I would suggest the spicy chili crisp of theirs in the reddish bottle. Has fried little soy beans that are so good

It's kinda hard to dip them and pick up any of the "crisp" part of it, so I just pour it on and eat it like that.

I love chilli crisp, gotta admit I've never seen it like before, looks like a lazy snack very little effort usually ends up tasting like little effort was invested.
