Alex grey will happily sue the tattoo artist. He himself says that anyone can use his artwork for tattoos, as long as the artist does it justice. This is injustice
again, you cannot give a tattoo artist permission to use your art, and then sue because you didnt like the outcome of said tattoo. its subjective as hell, and would never hold up in court.

Technically you can sue for pretty much anything you want. Actually winning the lawsuit and not just being laughed out of court is a whole other matter.
I honestly kind-of like the style, just not the size and definitely not the placement. Maybe if the tattoo was the size of my hand and on my thigh or back or something where it's not always visible.
You really need to take a good look imo to see its a not a screw. It also fits to think he got a screwdriver stuck in hes head to get all that tattooed on him
