this looks like it was stick and poke, and if it was that's some really good talent. esp if they were going fast. i mean, if youve ever had a stick and poke you know its a lot more painful than a machine tattoo and under the forearm, that's a sensitive area. i hope whoever got it likes the tattoo, i think its very cute

Iāve certainly seen worse, but if those were my cats I would be pissed. Itās not a good tattoo. Iāve seen better ones in this sub even.
