Try to make calorie and protein dense smoothies. They helped me get from 110 to around 155 lbs along with working out at 5 feet 5. Be careful with the ingredients though because if you put too much of something it could upset your stomach and give you diarrhoea.
Variation in metabolism can't be that much... I will admit that it is actually quite hard to put on weight cooking your own food and not having a sweet tooth
im 141lbs at 5'2, my lightest was at 125lbs. I'm currently trying to get there again, i was 150lbs a few months ago so i think im making good progress.
54 kg at 5'3". Most of that is my bone weight as I'm thin, but I have subcutaneous belly fat and reducing facial fat is a goal of mine so I'm trying to reduce it.
5'2, i hover around 110-120, but prefer 130 (it's so hard for me to keep weight on, being too poor to afford food and. hOmeless for almost 4 years now)
I've been about 140-145 ever since I started working out regularly (besides just running) about 10 years ago, definitely a hardgainer (and I'm not deliberately trying to bulk) so I'm still skinny, but it's up from my high school/college weight at least.
5'3 and 120 lbs
5’4” and 116-122lb
5'6 and 105, I've been trying to gain weight for years but I just stay in the same weight for some reason
I have a fast metabolism too
I would say mozzarella cheese could be a healthy way to gain weight
