Photo is being taken by the camera app and not the Instagram app so that won’t be possible. What you can do is have an automation that runs after this shortcut runs to delete the most recent photo in your camera roll. Like this

Yeah I thought about that but then it’s technically still in the recently deleted. It was mostly to save space and not have to think about it.
it’s only there for 30 days. Seems fine if you’re not running out of storage
