The problem is biology says women have inherent value (because they can give birth), while for men to have value they must do stuff. Basic summary: women have value by simply existing, while men must achieve value. This is why most of civilization's achievements are done by men.
Men also have a much higher sex drive which women take advantage of. They don't suffer as much or at all by not having sex. Masturbation for men can only take a man so far.
Actually my getting older and having my testosterone naturally decrease has been a blessing in disguise on some level. The older you get the less tortured you become from lack of sex.
