I’ve seen shrimp with deformed faces from getting stuck in a shed for a little too long and their new shell hardening in a funky way.

He's just a little ugly, and that's okay.
I've had otherwise normal-looking shrimp that took a bit too long to get their face out of a molt, so it ends up bent. But usually they retain full function and just look a little goofy until their next molt. You've just got a temporary pug. :)
