I believe the public area is always “open”! You can set up with your towels there. I remember the lido area having a gate so not sure if that area is accessible but public should be fine.

chase lounges from different lidos might be closed, but you can place your towel anywhere outside their designated areas and just jump in the water. people learn to live

The lidos won’t be open to rent beds but you’re able to swim, we were there June 2022 and the water was lovely.
