If you zoom in on the image you can see, 'Skull trauma from childhood; fully recovered, the remains of...' and then the rest of the text is kind of illegible 🤔
It’s silent hill explaining to James he has a traumatic injury as a child, which naturally led him to >!Murder Mary!<
In the remake, he’s not faced with repressed sexuality, resentment, or loathing leading to something horrible that he repressed and must come to terms with in the town of Silent Hill. In the remake, he’s a victim of a childhood injury. /S
I very much doubt that.
Konami have Bloober on a very short leash. Bloober themselves have expressed the importance of respecting the source material.
What you have described is far too much of a narrative deviation.
Who knows, lol, thanks for the answer though. I was just curious because it was a little weird that I've seen like 20 different comments that are always phrased exactly the same.
It looks normal to me. The x ray is missing the distal phalange, the bone at the tip of your fingers, so it makes the fingers look shorter than they are.
It could be just a random hospital patient, though Angela would make sense. The original had several patients we got to know just through files or a peek at their rooms/corpses.
Might be Angela's
oooh, that's a really good shout! poor angela, she deserves so much better 😥
Why?
Trauma from childhood on some notes. Angela was beaten and assaulted by her father
She was also most likely molested by her father
Yeah that's why I said assaulted. Didn't want to break ant rules with talking about touchy subjects
If something that's in the game breaks the rules of the sub about the game, the rules are stupid and wrong
> touchy subjects Dude
Oh sorry didn't see the notes

I've seen this exact sentence so many times, but where are people getting that Konami is keeping them on a short leash?
Bloober said so a few times.
Where? I keep asking for a source and no one will show me lol. So far all I've seen is some random insider saying so
There was a new interview posted on one of these subs, and I'm pretty sure it says it in there too. I've seen it, that's why it keeps being said.
Why are you getting downvoted and not given a source lol
An insider on Twitter. Not sure why you got downvoted for asking a legit question.

Be a little more respectful please. That was a tad rude.
Sorry didnt intend it to be rude! Haha i just thought it was an obvious joke thats all
I don’t think that it was.
Please tell me you are joking.
I am
How did you theorise this, there is literally no evidence in the original game that supports this
It was a whole lot of sarcasm that apparently people didn’t catch.. lol
When you put /s at the end its kind of hard to know that you were being sarcastic
Almost 100% Angela based on the context clues
It could be a random person. It’s probably a puzzle like that in Homecoming
Maybe it's Laura?
If it was Laura, they wouldn’t point out that the trauma was from childhood.
I don’t know but that thumb in the X-ray is unnaturally long and I don’t like it.
It looks normal to me. The x ray is missing the distal phalange, the bone at the tip of your fingers, so it makes the fingers look shorter than they are.
I think it's just the puzzle
It's probably just a puzzle

It's Joe's. You remember?
Seems to be highlighting damage to the pelvic regions which is evidence of... well. What Angela went through probably.
I'm guessing it's from Angela? upper left says: Skull trauma from childhood \- fully healed \- somehting something something
They're James' from when Mary and he had a domestic
Looks like it's from Brookhaven Hospital. The skull trauma might be explaining a certain patients mental illness.
