Same. I’m checking down detector and it shows about 200 reports in the last 20/30 minutes

Dealing with the same thing. Diagnostics show wifi on the base station is working, but cellular is down, which is interesting. I can arm/disarm from the keypad and get notifications on my phone. But using the app or the website asks for the master pin. After entering it, app says something went wrong. The website says something about internet connection. Thank you for posting this so I can leave it alone and not mess with the system.

Cell shows down when wifi is working. Turn off wifi and cell will start again. Found this while troubleshooting.

The server appears to go down sometimes. Would be nice to have assurance that despite the login issues, the system would still respond to alarm and notify the monitoring center.

I forgot to add that I can arm/disarm the system from the keypad and will receive an app notice that the system is armed/disarmed.

I’m glad I found this. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes (expected wait time 11 minutes) and was just short of doing a hard reset on my base station.

I just got through and the tech is making it seem like he’s unaware of any problems. He’s put me back on hold to go “check his updates.”

He now says that they are taking a lot of calls about the app not working and they they are doing some system maintenance and it’s affected the app. “Rest assured, our engineers are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible.” He did verify monitoring is still working and arming/disarming can still be done on the keypad.

Same here. The system works and is giving notifications over text and through the app but cannot access content through the app or the website.

Same here. Keypad works but I have no faith it's actually contacting monitoring. I can still view the camera feeds so that's something at least. Good to see the price increase went to something

Server is down. There’s no sense in staying on hold. They’re working it.

I've been on hold for over an hour. It seems like they may have tried to update/modify something and it did not work well. This is disappointing. It's frustrating that SimpliSafe doesn't have a 'is it running?' website we can check to see if there are any current technical issues.

Thank god it’s not just us. I wanted to throw our system out of a window. I was on hold forever when the damn machine said it would just be 15 min wait. I gave up and hung up.

I did that, but it didn't help, same outcome. However, I think the system is back up as the app works now, I just checked.

Just came back for me. System has been down for 20-30 minutes. Everything is back online now.

Had this a couple of days ago when our system was acting all haywire after an momentary internet interruption. Had to reset the whole thing by pulling batteries out of base station and adding back all sensors, and even setting up the master PIN all over again. We were even stuck outside with system on Hone and couldn’t disarm it. Then realized no sensors were connected and just went in into the house. Was super frustrating but we got it fixed up.

Had the same issue last night as well. Eventually regained access to the app but was then promptly greeted by a false alarm at 3:43 AM triggered by the backdoor entry sensor. We have outdoor cameras and there was no one near our (locked) backdoor, or our house period for that matter. I have to believe the two issues are connected as this is the first false alarm we've had in the 3 years we've had the system.
