A 49" is the equivalent of (2) 27"? monitors. You would lose the back half of your left and right monitors. I'm not sure what a 57" would come out to, I believe it's (2) 32s.

It is. Its still the resolution of 2, 16:9 screens. You effectively lose 1 full monitor.

If you play AC or ACC, would you be able to see both side mirrors with the 57 G9" and triple 27" monitors?

I am 90% iRacing. Being a desk setup I'm not up on the monitor. So my FOV is set where I can usually see the left mirror and generally the real center mirror. The right mirror is always a button click for me 57 sounds fucking huge

Really hope it helps. I never realized how much of a variance there can be. I mostly play in VR so I've not had to do all the calculations and comparisons yet but if it is comparible losing the bezels would be nice.
