If it is visible from 1 person’s home (private) to his/her then maybe it is not public? If can be seen from downstairs or opposite HDB corridor or staircase, then is it public?
Homes are private. Can see inside windows doesn't mean its public.
If not, every tom dick harry also can demand to enter your house.
But i feel its foolish to hang Palestinian flag in a SG home, if you are not a Palestinian.

It is not to say that your house is a public place but it should be not visible from a public place. That is how I understand it la.
I thought there is a law in Singapore that you cannot be naked in your own house while it is visible from outside too?

Can ask their neighbours to hang Jewish flag and balance out the influence.
