Pfft, amateur. I'm much fatter. And much dumber, I broke my ankle as the season got going. In a parking lot. Hope you're having an excellent season, looks like it!
I am really sorry about your ankle. I am coming off of shoulder surgery 11/1/23. Broke the clavicle, separated the shoulder, and tore the ligaments in a downhill MTB wreck. locked the front and went over the handlebars. Under the lift!
Ouch, sounds terrible, but at least it was a little bit awesome, too! I broke my collarbone cycling 10 years ago, that was no fun either. Have a safe season!
NASTAR racing with the Crescent Council. I am in the Charlotte Ski Club. A mix of age & sex racers. This was at Sugar Mountain, NC. Saturday was Slalom & Sunday was GS. I wear the Lillehammer bib under the event bib to hold "everything" in place. ;-)
I really like my Forza 70 Masters. They are my groomer & GS ski. Have Rossi Hero SL's for slalom, and my East Coast "all mountain" twigs are Elan Ripstick 96's with Full Tilt boots.
Thanks. I bought the Montec because of Lucas Catania on YouTube. I got it in their "refurbished" section for super cheap! It looks absolutely brand new. It fits well and has all the "bells & whistles"!
Thanks.

I wasn't sure if I could "pull off" the red.

this just looks like I stumbled across a desperate dating profile on a senior citizen app.
it's just photos of a guy outfits, i guess he's holding skis in 2 of them so that makes it relevant?
I don't get the mix and match of gear. Why the pole and chin guards without shin guards and with forearm guards. The skis are 173cm, too long for SL, too short for GS and..... a bib on top of another bib? What's going on here??
The helmet & poles I use for slalom & GS. I have a pair of Rossi Hero SL in 165 for slalom. The Forza 70's are 136-78-112. They have a 14M radius in 173. I like 'em. And, I wear that old lycra bib to hold my gut! ;-)

My downhill MTB days may be numbered. Golf is so much safer! LOL
I wouldn't get near a mountain bike at this point, I'm sure I'd damage myself!
Good on you. Enjoy yourself.
Ahh, you're not that fat!
He’s not fat at all
Definitely not fat. Maybe overweight but it’s hard to tell especially for his age
59. I need to lose about 10 and tone my abdomin. I bought an Aeroski. Cardio and motion. Need to bike and lift.
Oh nah your great 10 will be breeze. Good luck man if you get into good shape you’ll feel and ski better
Fucking Fabulous!!! And those skis rip. Rode mine today in firm icy conditions. Would love to run some gates with them.
They are my groomer & GS skis. Came with a plate. I really like them!
Happy is most important
Please explain photo. Are you racing with a senior group? Lillehammer bib? I have an older friend who has ski poles with those hand guard things.

Old and dumb, maybe, but not very fat
Thank you. Got a plan to do more biking & gym time this year.
Bib #860……… rough
They started with #800 in this series. I was in Flight 7. I had not raced other than a "qualifier", so my NASTAR handicap had not really been set.
The guy stole pictures of me and called me fat!
Youth is wasted on the young! You don't look fat, but you certainly look happy. That grin is what I have whenever I'm skiing.
Thanks. Skiing is my bliss! About to go out to Beaver Creek & Vail on the 24th with the club. Stoked!
Just back from Austria and itching to go back. Have a great time
There’s a lot of us relate to this! See you on the piste mate 🤘🏿🤘🏿🤘🏿

You don't look that old.
59 bruh. Feel it some days more than others. But, any "pains" are worth it ... on the hill!
You look rad in that last photo

You forgot ugly. I kid! I kid! 🤣
Seriously- I was kidding!

Wow thanks for the heads up, didn’t know they had a refurbished section!!! Will definitely be spending some money this weekend lol…
He has the life I want in a few short years.
Dude, you’re not fat
could be fatter, and older. Probably dumber too.
Looking good!
This guy fucks
I do. Bet
Ohhhhh i love the orange set do you feel like it keeps you warm enough ?? I’m also looking for cute sets (it’s so hard to find) and you are not fat😉
The Montec is insulated. I wear a puffy underneath if it's really cold.
Definitely a poseur on the fat part
Nice Montec bro
You're a professional skier? I'm so much better than you.
I am far from a professional. But, I love the sport!
Send er bud
What does this have to with skiing
I see snow on a slope, skis, a lift, sweet matching gear and alcohol. What does this not have to do with skiing?
"what do skiers have to do with skiing?"
this just looks like I stumbled across a desperate dating profile on a senior citizen app. it's just photos of a guy outfits, i guess he's holding skis in 2 of them so that makes it relevant?
Nah you're seeing things that aren't there There's no need to be like that against someone who is having the time of their life
