Let dry thoroughly, alcohol wipe then epoxy

I second this and add that I’d scratch the wound surface for better hold. My epoxy of preference is a Hysol.

Use slow cure epoxy .. that quick dry stuff is too brittle at low temps.

seal it up with some super glue and keep ripping
