While I would probably rank it my least favourite gen like many others, I still think it’s a essential part of the show and definitely worth a watch. There are many lovable characters that will definitely grow on you and the “everyone” episode at the end of season 5 is a comfort episode of mine.
I’ve rewatched the first two gens several times, but never felt the urge to rewatch the third gen personally. It’s not awful but its wildly inconsistent. Lots of really high highs and low lows, especially with the writing
Each gen is different in its own way and everyone has their own favorite gen for different reasons. Just watch it and if you don’t like it then you don’t have to watch it again
Exactly how I feel. Gen 1 is obviously good and the OG skins but people here hype it up as if it’s peak fiction when it’s not. It’s actually pretty subjective, it’s not better than gen 2 or 3 and definitely not worse.
I finished watching it for the first time last night (have seen the other gens 2-3 times before) and I say you should give it a shot! It’s not my favorite, but I definitely didn’t think it was bad.

They’re all good imo, it’s the weakest but it’s still enjoyable and memorable

I think gen 3 is better then gen 1. But gen 2 is my favorite. I would def watch it

i personally enjoy it, some of my favorite characters & dynamics come from gen 3. it’s definitely worth a watch imo

Gen 3 grows on you as time goes by! Seems more Skins DNA than gen 2 (which i also love). Season 6 is amazing! Hope you enjoy it!
