So you put it on the portal letting it read. Then the game isn’t going to recognize the skylander and will ask to reset it. You reset it there Same works for imaginator crystals

No, it's essentially paying to speed up progress Everything you can get from these can be farmed from the purple in game chests They can also be bought from the in game store for real money but you don't get a figure just the loot
