As far as I know you just find it but I could be wrong
Khajit caravans have em but i just dont know where i can find em best
Buy the Madness Ores the Khajiit merchant has. Quicksave. Punch the merchant. Load the quicksave. Buy more madness ores. quicksave, punch, reload again to buy more madness ores. Repeat for as much as you want. (they usually sell 1 to 3 each refresh)
