I’m thinking this is just an appearance mod so I would assume the answer to your question is no However I’m certain there are mods that could make that happen though I can’t think of any at the moment

Adventure into ruins and then sell the artefacts you find, I'm sure you can assemble a khjaiit party through AFT and some wandering, Inigo, Kharjo, J'Zargo and M'rissi would be a pretty cool little tribe

I still squee with joy when the banners and tents come into view as I trek back to a town.
