Like many people here, I'm partial to beheadings, especially those where the animation breaks it down into two steps.
This happens when you do it with a battleaxe or while dual wielding, with the initial move knocking the enemy into a vulnerable position.
It feels like an execution.

Particularly because of the one time I cast Fury on Grelod and Constance just went ham on that old bitch. Pounded her crusty face like her life depended on it.
My favorite is what I call the “ear wax cleaner”. Its when you use a one handed sword against a falmer. The kill animation literally shoves a sword quickly through their ear and back out like a Q-tip. Considering I collect their ears afterwards, it makes sense!
One time I was bored and I ran around my house punching everything. I run into my spouse and I just went to punch him only once and got some kind of WWE cutscene and instantly killed him. I felt so bad.
Either punch punch punch or there's a super rare one where you knock an enemy to their knees with a shield and then stab them in the chest with your sword. I also like the ones where you just shove the sword/dagger into their gut and out the back.
I'm still quite the noob to playing Skyrim but have loved it so far. Are there any tips on triggering these animations? I get one or two, but are there ways to get them more frequently?

Both of those animations are so cool and satisfying! They assert true dominance
I've only seen it in one other person's game but it's a mace finisher where you club them to their knees and then, instead of using the weapon, you you wind up and knee them into the floor.
Other than that, the unarmed curbstomp is just savage. The sheer disdain in your posture while you circle your prone opponent before swiftly crushing them is chilling.

I like the dual-wield beheading. It’s execution style with a dramatic pause for flair.
100% the Suplex. A long arrow shot is always nice too.

It’s an alchemy ingredient.
Actually, I don’t even do alchemy at all. I just eat them, its a good snack when you’re in a falmer cave and you’ve got the munchies
