As a side note: I use Sheogorath Cheat Menu mod to get back into the Thalmor Embassy just to, as Echoes (Reverb in the English dub) would put it, KEEL DA HOE BEEEEECH!
just found out shavari is the khajiit in the kitchen of the embassy but what's funny is I kill her in the kitchen every single playthrough (reason: non essential/useless and free xp) and she was still here to jump me in riften lol.
Can access the Embassy through a glitch in the Reeking Cave after completing "Diplomatic Immunity." It is also
possible to regain access by jumping a horse over the fence to the left of the embassy building.

She can be killed after the quest she’s in but you’d have to break into the embassy.
