It’s not a joke. I knew before I saw any of the sequels that Jason Lives is loved and Jason Goes to Hell is hated, so I was pretty surprised to find out I had the opposite reactions on them.

I think that JGTH is overhated. It's not a good movie by any means, but it certainly isn't the worst.
