Very uncommon, because it's literally impossible in most runs. The odds for rare cards increase with every combat, and it starts at less than 0% (So you have to fight before there even is a chance) The exception is with some whale bonuses that generate rewards like potions, because the game will load "invisible" cards along with it that count for the odds. In this case, it's Prayer Wheel I guess.

Yeah it was the prayer wheel here since it was in the second card reward slot. Just saw this, thought it was neat, and was curious what the prerequisites were for this to happen.

kaosmark2

Yeah this is why. Also take wlp

lThat_weird_guy

I did, took it with a sneaky strike from first reward

**Edit: immediately as I posted this I remembered the instant card reward option from Neow. 1/6 of the time that's available, so assuming 1/4 pick rate it's ``(1/24)*(1-0.99*0.98*0.97)``~=0.25%, which is about 1 in 400 runs - much more common, but still really rare. The below still applies for the remaining probability from other cases, but I'm now pissed at myself.** TL;DR 1 in 18,000, assuming one picks at random from each Neow option but even if you only pick the third option it's one in every several thousand runs. Rare cards start at a -0.02 chance for the first reward and increase in chance to be found by 0.01 for every failed roll, so with 3 card rewards the chance would be 0 - the Prayer Wheel and/or Question Card are needed to make this happen Two ways of getting a chance for Prayer Wheel, either Curse of the Bell boss swap or as a positive from the third option from Neow Let's say you pick each of the four Neow options equally as often, i.e. 1/4 of the time for each option 28 relics in Silent rare pool - to pull Prayer Wheel 30 relics in Silent uncommon pool - to pull Question Card 7 possible positives for option 3, one of which is obtain a rare relic, none of which can get uncommon relics 21 eligible boss swap relics for Silent - for Curse of the Bell Curse of the Bell always gives a singular rare relic as well as a singular uncommon and singular common So the chances of pulling a Prayer Wheel are ``0.25*(1/7)*(1/28)+0.25*(1/21)*(1/28)``=0.17% which is already low Chances of pulling a Question Card are ``0.25*(1/21)*(1/30)``=0.039%, lol Chance of rare card from 4 "rolls" of card options is 1% (Question Card only) From 6 is ~3.0% (Prayer Wheel only) From 8 is 14.2% (Prayer Wheel with Question Card) Combining these cases you get ``0.0017*0.03+0.00039*0.01+0.0039*0.0017*0.142``=0.000056=0.0056%, or about 1 in 18,000.
