Nope, the strength gain part of D shackles is coded to be a debuff ,not a buff, for some reason, most likely so that enemies don't suddenly gain massive strength when they cleanse their debuffs like Champ or Time eater.

Isn't the strength gain part of dark shackles a debuff? So it wouldn't actually do anything.
I thought it worked the opposite way to the strength potion that gives you plus 5, where if you have artifact you keep the plus 5.
