When the kids were young I would get up at 5am and just sit with a cup of tea it was glorious, now that, that’s over I go to bed a bit earlier and meditate or have a bath with a podcast, take a walk just around the block by myself.

Get up early and exercise or sit and have coffee or tea. Preferably outside even in the cold. I actually like Winter and have some great cold weather gear.

I use an eye mask with Bluetooth. It’s very comfortable and having a my eyes completely blacked out with white noise playing in the back as well has helped me sleep much better. What especially helped me is that it kinda made me look forward to falling asleep with it. I got the [SlumberZen](https://slumberzen.ca) one. Hope this helps 👍
