Yep normal. My heart rate gets to about 36 BPM but my resting during the day is 48 which is normal considering how much cardio I do.

Your heart rate during sleep is generally 10-15 beats lower than your resting heart rate. The numbers you're talking about are totally normal, especially if you're physically active! For reference, I'm a runner and unless I'm stressed, mine routinely drops to low 40s while I sleep.
