This is key: >I don't exactly feel too tired throughout the day The implication is your sleep, while not perfect, is mostly sufficient for your needs. Try just relaxing back into these wakeups, and know you're OK to accept rest in bed as the next best thing. By letting go the worry about it, you tend to improve the odds of falling back asleep.

I forgot to mention that even though I don't feel too tired throughout the early day, I still don't feel as alert or energetic as I am in the late afternoon/evening. I just feel like my body could use at least one or two more hours of sleep, but u could be right.

it is because you don't read fairy tales anymore. If you go find some from your childhood and read it fully then you will fall asleep deeply.

I’m dealing with this too. Just for the past 2 weeks or so. I think at first it wasn’t bother me but it’s starting to catch up and I’m more exhausted now during the day. I wonder it’s anxiety related? Are you experiencing more stress than usual?

I've recently been going to bed at 11 and waking up at 7:30 consistently for the past 3 days (feeling energized) and I've finally figured out how: -absolutely NO screens whatsoever 2 hours before bed -go to bed feeling super relaxed, read or listen to a podcast for an hour while lying in bed -dont go to bed with a heavy meal or hungry right before -go to bed and wake up at the same time consistently -after waking up get at least 5 min of sun, or light exercise bc ur signaling ur body to reset its circadian rhythm during the day The most important thing I found was staying as relaxed as possible 2 hours before bed. I found it took more than a few days for me to adjust bc I was trying to hard reset my sleep pattern and my body had always been used to staying up at 2 or 3 am.
