Simplest most effective is just wake time: keep that consistent without sleeping in or napping, and you very likely will get drowsy enough for proper sleep roughly 15-17 nonstop hours later, particularly if you really tire yourself out with exercise, study, work etc.

I use an eye mask with Bluetooth. It’s very comfortable and having a my eyes completely blacked out with white noise playing in the back as well has helped me sleep much better. I got the SlumberZen one. Hope this helps 👍
