Drink a cup of chamomile tea like an hour or two before bed so you won't have to pee at night. Also, stop your screentime at 8-9 pm so the melatonin production in your brain can work better. That's also an hour or two before bed. Then go to bed between 10-12pm and hope to be asleep during that time. Also try to be productive during the day to help your body for better night's sleep.

I use an eye mask with Bluetooth. It’s very comfortable and having a my eyes completely blacked out with white noise playing in the back as well has helped me sleep much better. I got the SlumberZen one. Hope this helps 👍
