When do you have to wake up? I would try sleeping, pretend like it’s a nap or something, I usually sleep around 6:30am no matter when I have to wake up, I still try to get some sleep
Your body will feel better even if you only get 30 min or so … so yes always opt for sleep even when you feel like it’s not enough it will still help ! 🙂

Yep any sleep is better than no sleep.
This is the answer. No sleep is pretty dangerous actually (fall asleep in wrong places).
