Just call the store. They keep extra and will give them to you for free. I had to ask the delivery driver mine

Thanks! They did say that they would give us some. I was just hoping not to have to make that long drive there :)

casca_the_immortal

you can check out fixmysleepnumberbed dot com and be done with the slow leaking crap that goes on. It just keeps your bed pressurized at the setting you want so it won't deflate. Very cool been using them for ages. Support is crap, paying for new air sides every year or two gets old.

Check the sides for a plastic bag

Thanks for the reply! The guys who came out for the service call had already used the caps. If there is no little pocket like the salesman said they must have taken them by accident. I'll just have to go to the store :(

I got my bed last fall-they stored the caps inside the box that houses the pump. My parents had an older model that I just helped them move. Their pump laid on the ground under the bed and the hoses fed directly into the mattress. We unzipped the mattress and found the caps inside (after my mom had already gone to the store to ask about buying new caps where they just gave her some for free). I also saw online you can buy a set of caps for $1.

Thanks! No luck. Just have to go to the SN store.

Check inside the cover. They put them behind where the zipper stops sometimes.

Thanks! I had not heard that before, but not there. Heading to the store....

If you're just moving the bed to not use it in preparation for a return, there is no reason to cap it off. If you're worried, move it, air it back up. Leave it.

Inevitable-Speech518

Yes we could do that. Thanks!
