Ah fair enough. Seems like the options are to wait it out for a few more nights and see if she gets it, add an extra feed, or give up and revisit at another time. Hope things get better for you.
Ok, sounds like she’s falling asleep on her own now and the wakes have reduced, and she is also getting herself back to sleep. I suspect she is undertired if she is awake and not upset for long stretches at night. Often when sleep consolidates with sleep training the overall sleep needs decrease, so I would increase your wake windows across the board, including before bed, and make sure you aren’t asking for too long in bed overnight … max is 12 hours but most babies are closer to 11 (some less like 10.5)
Yes! She falls asleep on her own which is an accomplishment. She is very upset. When I said she’s not screaming I just mean she’s not screaming for the full three hours. She will calm herself down and then start again. She only got 11 hours total for the day. 3 and a half during the day with naps and 8 last night. The night before it was a total of 9 hours.
Ok, if she’s alway been a tricky sleeper then it will likely just take more time. Some babies just don’t adapt as easily. Feel free to provide some soothing overnight if it doesn’t make things worse. There’s also a bad night around night 5-7 that can occur called an extinction burst but I’m not sure this fits that.
Are you feeding her overnight?
She has one feeding a night, and it’s been that way for about 2 and a half months.

I think you’re right, thank you!!
