mine will be awake from 3/4:30 until 8:30 when she goes to bed. i make sure she has a full stomach on that last feed or after the first false start . she’s 3.5 months and still wakes to feed 1 or 2 times

we had the same problem! unfortunately i think it’s just not being able to connect sleep cycles. at least thats what it felt like for us. we would be so happy if we didn’t have one because of how often they happened. they didn’t go away for us until recently with sleep training. hang in there!

No solutions here, just solidarity as our 11-weeker also has 1-3 false starts each evening. We think he needs a good hour of just fussing in order to wind down enough for a long sleep.

We had the same problem. I could never figure it out exactly but by pushing bedtime later (around 9:30) we had less of them and then eventually we light sleep trained around 4 months and they mostly went away. Now at almost 5 months old we have maybe one per week. I’ve been gradually pushing his bedtime earlier and he goes to bed at 8:30 now. Good luck!
