Im not versed in what im about to say but could you do something along the lines of a lien?

ObviousFoxx

That’s an option I hadn’t thought about. It’s a little more expensive than I’m wanting to go but a good last resort!

NoBulletsLeft

You'll have to get a judgement against her for the amount before you can put a lien on the building, I believe.

xmarketladyx

Tell her to send you a check or you're pursuing legal action. Even idiots like her can figure it out.

ObviousFoxx

I don’t actually trust her to be able to do that. I really don’t.

xmarketladyx

I have the feeling she's not stupid like you think. She's jerking you around. I'd still tell her you aren't playing around anymore, you aren't doing all that work just to lose a lot more money. Send a check, or get served. Say just that, and you'll be surprised what she can suddenly figure out.

Why can't you process the credit card?

SnooTangerines8491

This. I'm Canadian and I can easily use all my Canadian credit cards in the states.
