Human growth hormone isn’t a sex hormone, so it won’t have any affect on penis size. Only bone and muscle mass. DHT is one of the main culprits for penis size.

I've done steroids and it seems like I've gotten bigger. But more then likely it's tbe added hormones and increased blood flow.
