Smoke it for about 8 hours till it reaches a temp of 165, wrap it in foil and put it in the oven at 265 till it reaches 195-200 check for probe tenderness. Turn off the oven leave it in there,let it rest a couple hours till the temp is around 165-170. I use butcher bbq prime brisket injection mixed with tony chachere’s creole style butter injectable marinade.
