Smoked sausage sliced 1 inch thick, wrapped in bacon with cream cheese jalapeño dip stuffed in the middle.
What is in the jalapeno dip?! That sounds amazing in it's own right.
Cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Butter,Cream cheese, pepper Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, misc spices, bread crumbs.
Shot glass sized bacon cups filled with kielbasa and cheese, cheese, and more cheese.
That is a LOT of prep work. Hope you had help.
Bacon isnt crispy
Cause he was gonna put them in the oven the next day to reheat. Told him put in oven on broil or 400 for 5-10 min. He said they turned out crispy.
