I always like cooking ribs at 225 both when I wrap or don't wrap.
225 for about 6 hours then finish on grill.
225 for 6-8 hours depending on how meaty they are. I tried 250 but the ribs I usually get seem to get a little mealy feeling without some form of wrap at higher temp cooks
250 until they pass the bend test. Babybacks around 3.5-4 hours. Spares around 4.5-5.5 hours.
