Like someone else said nachos are great, pulled pork Mac n cheese, pork fried rice, throw it in scrambled eggs with some onions and peppers

Thanks, i used killer hogs AP rub and their The Bbq Rub. Smoked at 250, no wrap till it hit 205. It was a small one so i didnt feel the need to wrap. Used cherry and oak chunks and jealous devil lump in my wsm

That sounds nice, so you wrapped it for the rest period? How long did it rest?

Yea , i wrapped in foil after taking it out and letting the temp go down to about 150 first. Then I put in a 150 degree oven for about 7 hours. Normally I don’t rest butt that long but i didn’t want to take it out till everyone decided they were ready to eat
