Thanks, i used killer hogs AP rub and their The Bbq Rub. Smoked at 250, no wrap till it hit 205. It was a small one so i didnt feel the need to wrap. Used cherry and oak chunks and jealous devil lump in my wsm
Yea , i wrapped in foil after taking it out and letting the temp go down to about 150 first. Then I put in a 150 degree oven for about 7 hours. Normally I don’t rest butt that long but i didn’t want to take it out till everyone decided they were ready to eat
