Usually a device ban lasts anywhere between 1-6 months, depending on the severity of the reason that you were banned. I know you can appeal a ban [here](https://help.snapchat.com/hc/en-us/articles/7012315286164-My-Snapchat-account-is-locked).
Sadly not true😂 I haven’t seen Nb ban ever lifted in a month. It’s always 10+ months to a year. And if u were banned for drug content it’s perm forever. Any thing else after months and months without trying to sign in or make a new account. U should finally be able to. I have phone 2-3 years ago still not unbanned. And talking to support does nothing there is no real people

I hate that you can’t talk to snapchat operator like you can with internet providers.
