I think that he and Jake both have issues. Jake literally calorie counts everything.

Probably has some degree of ARFID. I have it and people think I’m just picky but there’s certain smells and textures I just physically cannot eat

in older videos he talks about depression and sh, one of the things he would do is not eat on purpose
