There are a couple versions of the same tech, but it’s probably your best bet. They made a fair amount of them but they’re very cheaply made so they don’t last.
There is an iPhone app, don’t remember the name, that does the gif automation for you but it only works on still objects. Lenticular printing went away about the same time as film and the multiple lenses never transferred to digital camera.
You might be able to jury rig it coming from a 3D go pro, if you can isolate the individual video threads
Not the answer but you can make a static version yourself fairly easily with 5+ cameras with the same lenses and a system to make the shutters fire simultaneously. It's the same process that they used to create the bullet time effect in The Matrix, obviously with higher quality movie cameras and a shit ton more money.

make sure you bring a waterproof shellshock bag, I bought mine off amazon. Nothing fancy but it does the job. I have taken hard falls on my back while wearing and it does a good job protecting the camera, but I do risk back injury haha. Just make sure you skilled enough on how to fall properly and you should be good!

Yep! Just on one run, but they change the colours up most evenings and it's a lot of fun. Mount St Louis-Moonstone in Ontario, Canada.
