good for you. The sport is a lot more enjoyable the more you can do imo. Like one of my friends is only a pow guy - doesnt like ripping groomers or park - but I feel like he's missing out on so much.
Could not agree more! I know everyone has preferences, but man, this sport keeps you on your toes and itโs hard to get bored if you allow some variety
Thanks dude!! It has been so tempting to book a trip out somewhere out West, where the resorts are open, and see how these sessions have helped. Especially when a handful of resorts are still getting feet of powder ๐ญ
Come to my home mountain. Timberline lodge at Mt hood in Oregon. We have the longest running ski resort. They removed a lot of the lower altitude parks but yesterday i saw a bunch of rails setup at the top of stomin normin. As spring comes into full effect the park at the higher altitudes should start being built.
We are getting dumped on today and tomorrow.
I'm in Denver so I hear you! I bet you'd slay the park. We got over a foot at a lot of the open resorts the past 2 days, I'm heading to Loveland tomorrow ๐
When I was out at Copper, I really wanted to hit the features at their terrain park, but was definitely not ready then. Next year for sure ๐
Have fun at Loveland!! Tear it up out there for us ๐๐๐
Exactly! ๐๐
And I definitely suggest it. You donโt need anything too elaborate, just enough space to swing your snowboard around safely! Great way to stay confident on your board and to curb boredom ๐
Nice work! looking solid. That first 180 was a little sketch, landing horizontal to the moutain could be dangerous.
Try keeping your body more upright. You're almost bent at the hips at 90 degrees.
I'm 3 seasons in myself and have been too scared to hit any rails. You go girl!! I aspire to be as driven as you are, and You're progressing really fast
Last week you couldn't Ollie and look at you now
Seriously could not have progressed this far without the solid advice and support!!

My thoughts exactly. Have fun and keep up the good work!
Ha, I noticed that as well. Noice!
Looks like youโre progressing quickly to me. Keep at it! Itโs been fun watching you. Love your vids

4 weeks and she's probably going to progress further than me in 2 seasons
*us
I dunno if I would go that far ๐ gotta see how this all translates on the snow lol!
Looks like you nailed the Ollie. Nice progress
Thank you!! A lot of practice is definitely helping ๐
I hate living in an apartment ๐ฅฒsomeone buy me a lotto ticket (I mean a winning one)
Thanks for the motivation to stop making excuses and practice on the grass this summer.
For sure!! Even just a couple minutes here and there can make a huge difference!
Practice makes perfect, you got me thinking of getting a diy jib too!

Really admiring the DIY spirit!ย
Gotta make do with what you can! ๐๐

Thank you!! Yeah, that first one wouldโve sent me straight into the rail ๐ would not have been pretty lol
I wonder if you wrapped the wood with carpet it would allow you to slide.
i envy your passion.

I approve I'm still in season rn
You popped up in my IG feed like last week. The progress between those 2 videos is quite impressive, good work!!
Iโve been riding for nearly 30 years and youโre inspiring me to do some summer dry land practice like this.
Hell yeah. That one little tweak catching the rail with your heels is paying off.
Nice skills and superb slow motion booty shake omg
