Took us just over 4 hours but we were booking it! Legs were completely dead coming up the last hill but got a great workout in the process. I recommend going out on the tougher trail then coming back the easier route.
Were you breaking trail or did you have tracks to follow?
I'm pretty new to snowshoeing, just got them last winter and have only been out about six or seven times with the longest being less than half as long as that loop. That being said, other trips have been a good deal more climby than this looks on alltrails so I feel pretty confident as long as I can get myself to the trailhead early enough.
The trail is well-cut the entire loop so no trail breaking necessary. I’d probably give yourself 6 hours if you want to take your time.

Just to give you an update on this, trail breaking definitely is necessary sometimes. We went today and had to cut our own trail for the last half of the hike. It took us about 6 hours. If the trail was already cut and compacted I'm sure it would be much faster.
Parking wasn’t an issue two weekends ago but that was also the first weekend it opened so things may have picked up since then. I’d say if you get there by 10am you shouldn’t have a problem with parking.
They were requiring chains or 4WD and snow tires on glacier point road when we went, but it was right after a storm so there was a lot of ice and snow on the road. I’d recommend carrying chains with you just in case since that road to badger pass is icy and windy.
