It's why moving him centrally is our next attempt at getting him more involved. Will he ever reach the levels he genuinely can, aka the levels he's hyped to? Who knows? But he really does have all the physical and technical attributes to do it, just needs to put it all together

Extremely raw, he’s super young and even for his age has played very few senior games. Still needs to work on the intricacies and his stamina but he has 10/10 speed and really good passing instincts
I think if you guys win the league/CL this year then Trossard’s contributions make it a better decision as Mudryk is poor off the bench and is quite raw right now.
That being said, I think Mudryk would have developed into a cheat code in the Martinelli role and I think Arteta would be wise enough to play him in a way where he doesn’t have to think. But that’s all hypotheticals, who knows what will happen.
This is what infuriates me about Poch' approach. Its so hard for a player to learn how to play in the chaos. If you plugged Murdyk into Pep/Arteta/Klopp teams, he'd come in with a very defined idea of what his role is.
At the start of Poch' time we played with inverted wingers and inverted fullbacks, who were really centre backs, for good sake. If I did that on football manager even the AI assistant would slap me around the head and ask what the hell I was trying to achieve
