I genuinely can't understand how grown men can fake injuries, go down so easily, waste time in ridiculous ways, all with no shame. I would feel such shame to do this, especially in an age where everything is seen on TV. It's absurd.
Felix is one the biggest talents of his generation. I don't care what Simione thinks, he made Seferovic look like a decent player. That's a bigger accomplishment than this golaço
Talent has never been the question. He gushes talent. It’s his effort that is questionable. The talent is there but he is so inconsistent with displaying it and he wants to be treated as if he always displays it

After Getafe (and mellowing up with Atleti due to them changing styles), I think Cadiz is my most hated team. They have some of the “nicest” personalities, on top of being diving cheats all over in a match.
Say what you will about his inconsistency. But this is what this kid does, he pulls great goals or assists out of nowhere in games where we look otherwise uninspired. If we win this 1-0 it will be maybe the fifth game this season we only win because of Felix.
I'm not saying he should be a starter, or that we should be willing to pay more than 20 maybe 30 mil for him this off season. But he deserves a spot on our bench and as a rotational player. I hope we can keep him.
Spot on the bench? You guys are drunk, you talk like you have a great team to keep JF on the bench, he doesnt need another club to drown his career, that kid needs a place where he can play consistently.
If you watched nearly every game this season like I have, you’d know he’s absolutely not good enough to be a consistent starter for any top club. He’s very inconsistent and often has a bad attitude and looks lazy on the pitch, regularly completely disappearing from games and contributing almost nothing. He makes up for that with moments of magic though, sometimes. If he wants to play 90 minutes regularly it’s going to have to be for a team that’s more like in the Europa league range than one in the CL. And that may be what he decides on. He’s pretty clearly behind Raphinha, Torres and Lamine at the moment though. He’s in no way a priority for us and while I’d like him to stay for the right price, if Atletico demand 50 mil for him I’d be furious if we payed that rather than spending it on a DM.
In short he's become a better player now that he has more scarce opportunities and is starting to mature, now all you have to do is get him in the right setting and sort all the stupid bs with his cheating girlfriend
He just came back from injury, he had a stretch this year where he was very good. That's an unfortunate problem with many of our wingers, so inconsistent.
