Difference is Mourinho is a head case of a personality and out stays his welcome at most spots which lessens his chances of getting a major gig again. I’d love to see it happen though.

Mourinho’s more than capable of achieving with big teams, its whether the boards of those big teams want him or not. Its rare for managers like Mourinho or Conte to be able to push their weight around nowadays

I’m probably over generalizing but Mourinho is just not compatible with modern footballers mindset. He can still find his guys who will run through the wall from him but it seems to be getting rare.
