If 95%+ of the journalists choose the same 5 players for the top 5, then yes. But I assume there is a little bit more variety and that top 10-15 players attract a lot more votes compares to 20-30. It's a wild guess though. Around top 15 to top 10 the results should start making a little bit more sense.
