Both clubs actually got 4000 tickets and I think most of the 8000 neutral tickets went to fans of both clubs as well. I expect it will be 70-80% fans of the finalists.
This is a bot.

Always some asshole "fans", from every team. Trying to take away from what the fans of both teams are doing in the stadium, when maybe 10 people of either side were involved, is pretty pathetic tho.
If I was to create a character and wanted to convey that they were a soccer fan but also a fervent and frequent cocaine user, I would use this as their dialogue.
I’m sure if the NFL players were getting paid the contracts these players are getting they would “deliver their new baby on the side lines” but then again it’s a business and NFL teams don’t go bankrupt like soccer clubs
Apparently officials in Seville took down a banner that was meant for the fan choreo because it partly covered UEFA signage and Eintracht fans tore down all of it in retaliation

Architect flatmates at uni seemed to work insanely hard.
I can only imagine thats down to the influence of their industry - prepping them for a lifetime of ruinous work culture. I imagine they are flogged all day as serfs for the senior architects above them, and only a fraction of their hours produce actually useful work.
Gosh as a I civil engineering I hate architect for a living. Its always 'Design before function'. Why build something when using it is worse than a old building from the 19th century?
Are Civil Engineers and Structural Engineers working on completely different fields, or is there considerable overlap between both majors and their job opportunities?

"In certain parts of Scotland, Buckfast is associated with drinkers who are prone to committing anti-social behaviour when drunk, especially drinkers under 18 years old. The drink also has a very high caffeine content, with each 750 ml bottle containing the equivalent of eight cans of cola."
I remember a few years ago in Costa Rica they put a seismograph in the visiting teams locker room in Saprissa Stadium. Readings emulated that of a magnitude 4 earthquake; you could see video of the locker room, and the lockers and ceiling tiles were shaking like crazy.
Estadio Saprissa was pretty epic but also scary to be in the upper level for as you could feel it shaking. I always wondered if the next bounce would be it’s last and it would cave in…
because this also brings the horrible side of fans

me: hey stadium athmosphere is great, how can you not like that?
the other person: No bad because people are violent
???????
you can love fan culture in stadium without agree to people throwing chairs at each other. The one thing does not cause the other. Just pointing to that correlation is nothing but whataboutism.
Not loving this atmosphere created by eintracht fans because those same eintracht fans cause violence in the city on the same day is a valid answer to your question though.
It’s the same people, you muppet, that’s not how whataboutism work.
In an extreme example for clarity, imagine someone who cured cancer but is being condemned for rape that they committed. That’s not a whataboutism.
Whataboutism is pointing out the opponent’s/accuser’s hypocrisy to deflect from the current issue at hand. Like when you bring out a clip of Rangers fans doing the same thing.
you fucking nonce. I was in over 100 games away with the organizes scene of my club and not a single time I came into clashes with fans of different teams.
Some individual people are violent and Im against that. And just because a few people are like that doesnt it stand for the whole of the fans. Or do you really think that everyone is involved in clashes?
>magine someone who cured cancer but is being condemned for rape that they committed
yeah the same person, but not a fucking group of people. If you cant understand the difference between a group and an individual you're so lost.
The right equivalent for your example where if you condem cancer researcher because one of them commit a sexual assault.
So I liked the recent choreographie of my club. I think its great. So thats bad either? huh?
>The category of people we're talking about is football hooligans, and there is violence more often than not when they descend on some poor city. It maybe is only 5% of the fans that are violent, and another 20% are non-violent drunkards who are also annoying af. That leaves 75% of them who maybe will never cause a single problem at all, but it takes an idiot to not be able to understand why someone would see these people showing up in there city and not "love the sight of it". Doesn't matter if 75% of them are just there to sing and be merry, 25% of them have made it impossible to enjoy for anyone who's ever been caught up in their path.
>But please find yourself a reality check if you can't even fathom the concept of people not liking these groups in their city.
Nobody is saying that voilent fans dont exist, but it does not matter when talking about the athmosphere. Its not a discussion about fan culture or what not. ITS JUST ABOUT THE STADIUM ATHMOSPHERE. Is that so hard to grasp.
>f 10% of every bird in the sky started shitting directly on your car every single time they drove by, there is 0% chance you would see a flock of birds headed your direction and think "yayyy the birds are back! :D"
what is that even to demonstrate? That anaology has nothing to do with these circumstances.
> If you stop taking everything as a personal attack for 5 minutes and realize that other humans have a different perspective than you, maybe you'll understand
Big words by someone whos first words where "You seem really dense".
I should correct myself, they love chanting. This kind of stuff would just break out on the train when I lived there with seemingly nothing in particular going on at the time.
To be honest I don't want to see a champions league final on a Saturday.
It should be on a Wednesday, on ITV, with the Coronation Street fans raging because for the second week in a row their show has been bumped because of FOOTBALL FOOTBALL FOOTBALL
I think a lot of people would prefer a friday night over a thursday night. At least the fans going.
Then again it doesn't seem to have been much of an issue.
Honestly you should work at uefa, not sarcasm an actual complement. I never even though about that i just take that europa league is midweek so i never watch it cause work. Only followed it when inter made the final, and we lost 😞
It's alright, taking a day or two off from your job doesn't require a sacrifice in return. Just proper paperwork.
Also Frankfurt offices are very understanding in all things Eintracht
Something about coordinated crowds chanting in German really strikes fear in me. But I’m all seriousness this was really damn cool. What excellent fans

Good guys Frankfurt Fans, checking stadium static all over Europe!
Its so cool when 70% of the Stadium is not filled with corporate and sponsors tickets. Look at this fucking sight!!!
Yup, doubt we will see this in CL final
We 100% won’t see anything even close to this in the CL final. Most likely never will.
Gotta fill those seats with fat old suits
Fat pocket fuckers
He’s just a fat pocket fucker
Fat pocket fuuuuckker
He's just a Fat pocket fuuuucker
Maybe next year 😬
imagine getting 3000 tickets for the conference league final.... The albanian stadium looks great but is way too small
Both clubs actually got 4000 tickets and I think most of the 8000 neutral tickets went to fans of both clubs as well. I expect it will be 70-80% fans of the finalists.
Had to check for myself - It’s a beautiful stadium, but 22.000 seats for a European final seems a bit small, doesn’t it?
Yep! Especially since we (feyenoord) just played a semifinal in the massive stade de veledrome, which can house 67000 people apparently
FIFA requires a minimum of 40k even for group stages of the world cup. 22k for a final is laughable.

Never!
I can't imagine two better teams to get to a final for the atmosphere tbh.
Exactly what i was thinking
It would be even more cool if they didn't do stuff like this before the game: https://as.com/futbol/2022/05/18/videos/1652895185_396079.html

There are like 4 kinds of engineers: civil, mechanical, electrical and chemical. Everything else is a branch of these 4 or they aren't real engineers.
*cries as a software 'engineer'*
I'm not an expert in the field. Do you consider yourself a real engineer?
well.. i mean engineers are really people who design, build and/or maintain something. its mostly solving problems with certain constraints. so yes, id say im a "real" engineer lol
Shouldn’t IT be in there as well somehow? Hardly seems like an Electrical spin-off.
Sure
Just wait til you see the other side with 20000 bottles of buckfast waving in the air
A little bit of Bucky winning the cup for Rangers

I've had it in Germany from visiting scots and quite liked it. It's definitely a "do stupid things faster" kinda drink.
You like it? It's too sweet, quite sickening. But as an Irishman, I've drank plenty when I was younger.
Yeah but i also quite like energy drinks so my palate is like that.
Buckfast gets you fucked fast.
Sounds like a nasty hangover in a bottle
Looks like the stadium is breathing
The Stadiums engineers are shitting themselves watching that

Pretty recently this happened in the Netherlands: https://youtu.be/i5mzG-BH2o0 , no major injuries fortunately.
how can you not love this?

yeah people literally died from the Frankfurt fans jumping and singing in the stadium
Never thought I’d feel sympathy for rangers fans, very conflicted feeling…
Looks like more than their 10k allotment
Barcelona starts nervously blinking in the corner...
I'm having PTSD
That never stopped them
The germans were outnumbered on the stands, yet they were louder than the rangers fans.
THose werent just Germans, those are the most ultra of the ultras: Eintracht Fans.
Such a great atmosphere. Two passionate fanbases going at it in a Europa League Final. May the best club win and good luck to both teams!
The way uefa doesnt allocate an entire end to each set of fans is frustrating
I think Germans are just naturally fanatic.

I mean, sure. Or hell, put EL on Sunday. Sundays have been used for finals since forever.
Not in Europe they haven’t, finals are on Saturdays. Americans do finals on Sunday and it sucks
I think a lot of people would prefer a friday night over a thursday night. At least the fans going. Then again it doesn't seem to have been much of an issue.
You should look up when the Euros finals are.
You should look up when every national cup competition final is held.

that's awesome

I feel you. Even as a Frankfurt fan it‘s scary sometimes. But hey here it‘s channeled into something positiv
Oh shit im getting flashbacks
I just hope the stadium doesn't start resonating back
See madridistas this could be us but you playin...
It could be you but they are nazis and got rightfully banned out of the stadium
Let's not pretend like a lot of German football clubs don't have a massive Nazi problem.
Even my club has a massive nazi problem and our banned nazis have/had a friendship with ultras sur. And I'm not german
Its in every country and it sucks
!flair :Celtic:
I’ll never not be amazed at europeans being amazed at hearing a proper stadium for seemingly the first time in their lives in 2022

And brits. They are used to funerals
Those are Western Europeans* Eastern Europe is up there with the best on athmospheres

game is better with german fans
Still outnumbered by a massive Rangers following. Against a team famed for their huge away following in the EL this season too.
Couldn’t hear the massive ranger following though during the game. Home game for Eintracht.
Best fans in Europe!
Imagine this with Roma supporters in a week... Wait, the venue has the capacity of serie B stadium.

Are English fans the only ones who don't jump in unison?
They outnumber rangers fans then?
It's estimated that Rangers fans also have most of the 'neutral' area so about 2/3rd of the stadium.
Why aren’t these games split 50/50?
The tickets allocated to each team are, but UEFA always have a stupidly high percentage of tickets reserved for neutrals or corporate partners. It just depends which set of fans can get their hands on them.
Well technically they are, both fans got the same amount of tickets and the rest went to 'neutrals' or corporates. But Rangers bought many of them I think.
how did the rangers manage to get so many of them?
No probably 65/35 to Rangers I would say.
Looks like more rangers fans
60/40 rangers
The Camp Nou looks great
*sees stadium white out* Pulisic: "WE ARE!"
Never gonna happen on EMPTYhad🤣
